About Clovely Estate
Clovely Estate is Queensland’s largest vineyard and producer of wine for the domestic and export markets. Our vineyards are situated in the heart of the South Burnett, Queensland’s fastest growing wine region. Clovely’s finely crafted range of wines extends across the full spectrum of styles and varieties from crisp, clean verdelhos and chardonnays through to more complex, trophy winning wines designed to be cellared. We also produce olive products from the adjacent olive grove, and regularly provide winemaking services and facilities to other local producers.
An entirely new concept for Queensland, the Clovely Estate Cellar Door at 210 Musgrave Road, Red Hill provides wine lovers an opportunity to sample the full Clovely Estate experience without leaving the heart of Brisbane. The Clovely Estate City Cellar Door opened in October 2007 and was immediately popular in the banquet and function market with consumers looking for something a little different.
As the name suggests, the City Cellar Door (the first of its kind in Brisbane) offers all the traditional elements of a country cellar door just 5 minutes from the Brisbane CBD. The elegant space in which we hold wine tastings and serve local cheeses and our own olives, promote other wines from the South Burnett region, and provide wine education dinners and talks. The venue also plays host to wine tours and serves to promote the attractions of the South Burnett region and its produce to Brisbane locals and visitors, as well as becoming a popular tourist attraction in its own right here in Brisbane.
